We require a 4-hour minimum for reservations. However, we can accommodate one-way transfers. One-way transfers start at $500. Please contact us for more information regarding one-way transfers. 

Credit Card (a 5% fee will be applied), Debit Card, Paypal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo. 

Abosuelty.

All deposits are at 50% of the total reservation amount. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours before your event. 

Yes, as long as you are 21+. Only passengers 21+ are allowed to consume alcohol inside the vehicle. If there are passengers under 21 inside of the vehicle, it is the customer listed in the contract responsibility to ensure no passengers under 21 consume alcohol. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed outside of the vehicle. The driver has the right to cancel the job if these rules are not followed.   

Food is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please ask before about this before making a reservation. Feel free to bring cups and ice as these items are not provided by the company.   

Abosuelty not. There is no smoking or use of drugs inside the vehicle or at anytime during the job. The driver has the right to cancel the job at anytime if these rules are not being followed.   

Our party buses and Sprinter limo vans are equipped with Bluetooth capabilities. Some of the coach buses and minibuses have Bluetooth capabilities, and some do not. There is no guarantee you will be able to play music in our coach buses, mini buses, and passenger sprinter vans. 

Yes, our fleet of coach buses is built to travel long distances. Our coach buses have storage and bathrooms. Please contact us for more detailed rates in regard to traveling out of town and also staying overnight.  

You can cancel your trip, but please remember all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, we need the request in writing 2 weeks before your event date.

District Coach Ways Terms & Conditions

  • The transportation company requires a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking the reservation, with or without signature. All deposits used to hold a reservation are non-refundable. The Company will not guarantee its performance unless the minimum deposits made
  • Remaining Balances to be paid 24 hours before the event.
  • Itinerary or request changes to rental are based upon availability and require a minimum of 48-hour notice. All changes must be made in writing (by email). Change requests sent by voice mail message will not be accepted. Any changes in arrival or destination locations may result in additional charges (fuel and/or travel charges). The transportation company will not be held liable for incorrect address locations or invalid directions supplied by the client. Itinerary is required for all reservations.
  • Client shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle sustained during the client’s services; including but not limited to all spills, rips, tears, burns, or damage to the TV/stereo or other equipment. Client agrees to pay a service charge of $300 to clean any vomit or spillage in the vehicle. Other charges are as follows: Smoking in the vehicle $400; Cigarette Burns $500; Ripped or damaged upholstery $700; Spilled drinks to hardwood floor $200; Excessive Mess $200.
  • Any cancellation has to be provided two weeks in writing before the job.
  • Not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  • Client shall be liable for all damages to the vehicle sustained during the client’s services; including but not limited to all spills, rips, tears, burns, or damage to the TV/stereo or other equipment. Client agrees to pay a service charge of $250 to clean any vomit or spillage in the vehicle.
  • Client understands that there will be NO EATING (with the exception of munchies: i.e. pretzel, cracker & cheese etc. NO cupcakes/cakes; NO chicken wings; NO pizza; NO hot food – cold sandwiches OK.). NO SMOKING in the vehicles or the trip will be TERMINATED immediately. ** NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER**
  • Smoking and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
  • Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
  • The Transportation Company shall not be held liable for any items left in the vehicle and shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any item
